012 -- BOZEMAN SPECIAL
Hey y'all, I know this one is delayed, and I'm already breaking a rule by not writing it day of but whatever… this one is still extra fun, since it's a BOZEMAN, MONTANA ROUNDUP!! I love Montana!
Anyway, I hope you all get a chance to go and experience mountain life. And if you don't want to go you can live vicariously through me, because this will most definitely not be the last mountain town centered roundup ;)
Also, I highly recommend listening to Sing by The Carpenters while you read this. It is the happiest song and definitely my song of Feb 2024.

If you did not hear I didn't have wifi for the first week of my stay. In some funny last minute change of plans an old roommate of my friend whose house I was staying at decided to take back her wifi that she left for over a year the day before I arrived. So no wifi for me. But it was all good because it forced me to get out of the house and work at cafe's all week! My daily routine was:
1) wake up at 7am
2) work at cafe until 12
3) go home for lunch
4) go back to cafe
5) rock climbing
6) make yummy dinner
7) go to sleep!
It was fab and so restful.
Anyway, here's the roundup! Again lacking of pictures but I guess it's a theme now. :)
Zocalo Coffee Shop -- 5/5 **would definitely go for a 2nd time in the same month. #love #bozeman
This was my go to coffee shop for working. It was 2 stories with games and cute windows that looked out onto the mountains. It was also right on main street but most coffee shops were seemingly on main street. I'm not sure if a duh should go here about a small city like Bozeman. So will leave it up to you. But I loved this spot because it was so calm with lots of people working or hanging out and a cup of coffee was $2 with free re-fills! Not that I every did get a free refill because I could never finish one cup. Anyway, this was a great spot for getting work done or passing time on the weekend with friends playing board games.

Sack’s Thrift Store -- 5/5 **would definitely go for a 2nd time in the same month. #love #bozeman
Sack's is a great thrift store that is very picked through and feels like a goodwill, but damn I found a really cool old timey North Face windbreaker vest. #no pics but don't care. Haha. You always come out of this spot with the coolest finds. Just trust me ;)
3. Vienne Hot Springs — 5/5 **would definitely go for a 2nd time in the same month. #love #bozeman
Truly some of the best bread I've had in the U.S. To me the vibe doesn't really match the food because it's such cozy bread and cheese and pastry shop with a modern design. But it doesn't even matter because the bread and cheese is too good. Also somehow came out of this trip with no pics of any of my baked good! I guess I'm just really good at living in the moment with my good bread, cheese and baked good! XD
4. Renova Hot Springs — 5/5 **would definitely go for a 2nd time in the same month. #love #bozeman
Such a good natural hot spring! I drove with my friends Ingrid and Mik to this hot spring because you didn't have to pay for it and it was so good. It had a lot of small pools and was interesting because some spots were warm, hot and cold so you really got to move around to find the temperature you like. I love it hot if you were wondering. Anyway there was a good group of people some couples and some drunk locals who were talking real loud. But no matter, it was beautiful and we had such a beautiful pink sunset with the birds chirping in the background.

That's all for now! Probably would have had more to say if I wrote it closer to the end of my trip, which is why I like to write it day of. But whatevs it is what it is.
