Welcome to my website! I hope you have fun! <3

About me: Born and raised in Los Angeles. Based in New York City. I am an avid athlete and lover of all things art and culture. One of my favorite moments living in NYC was after a long bike ride in the summer, I ate a peach to cool down at the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. I stood in the center of the Grenmarket with my bike in one hand, peach in the other, juices dripping everywhere just loving life. I loved this moment so much I wrote about it in a writing class. Our instructor then immediately assigned a piece by Joan Didion who wrote about a similar experience in NYC. All that to say — if you are ever feeling down in the dumps, eat a peach.

What does my writing offer?

  1. My blog offers a fun escape into the day-to-day life of a twenty something year old who is very unserious, loves to explore and learn about different cultures. The rules (I try to follow) for each newsletter are to 1) write it day of the activity and 2) no re-writes. This keeps me out of my head and in a silly mood. I more or less follow these rules with some exceptions. My stream of consciousness is a fun place to be (or so I think), so I like to keep my words as close to it as possible i.e. my writing is unpolished, so please don’t get upset if I misspell a word or uses a semicolon wrong.

  2. My fashion thoughts offer insight into how I think about fashion and clothes. I have been immersed into two of the biggest fashion and art capitals in the world: Los Angeles and New York City. As a sometimes overly observant and reflective person, I have learned a lot about fashion and have a lot of thoughts about it that I felt necessary to write somewhere or else I would explode.
